I use Ajinomoto's recipe as a reference.

1 piece of deep-fried tofu
1 piece of ham
1 piece of melted cheese (sliced type)
Mayonnaise to taste
Black pepper to taste

Directions

Pour boiling water over the deep-fried tofu to remove oil, and pat dry with kitchen paper. Cut a knife horizontally and slice in half.
