Sandwich ice cream with plenty of vanilla ice cream sandwiched between thin cookie langue de chat. The langue de chat dough is baked with butter to give it a scent.



I remember the thickness of this volumey vanilla ice cream and the raw dorayaki of 7-ELEVEN.

When I grabbed it, the cat tongue was insanely moist than I had imagined! It melts in your mouth and gives off the scent of butter. When mixed with the melting vanilla ice cream in your mouth, it has a luxurious taste like a cake.


However, if I want to say it, I wonder if it's okay to have a little more presence of cat tongue. For example, increase the thickness to give a texture. The taste is solid, but the dough and ice cream are good to melt in the mouth, so if you eat it when you have a maximum appetite, it may be a little unsatisfactory in terms of volume.

But it's great when you want something a little sweet. The calories per piece is modest at 115kcal, so even if you eat it for a midnight snack, you will not feel guilty!
