・ 1 boiled udon noodle (1 bag)
・ 2 tablespoons of potato starch
・ 3 tablespoons of sugar
・ 100 ml of water
・ 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
・ 2 tablespoons of mirin
[How to make]
1. Put the boiled udon noodles in a plastic bag and mix well.
2. After mixing, moisten your hands with water and roll into bite-sized pieces.
3. Put a cooking sheet on a frying pan (or lightly oil it) and bake both sides of the dumpling well.
4. Add potato starch, sugar, water, soy sauce, and mirin to a frying pan and mix well while warming until thickened to make mitarashi dango. When it thickens properly, put it on the baked dumplings and it's done!
