What does it taste like?
The savory smell of roasted meat whets your appetite. The meat is moist and tender, crispy and crunchy, and the more you bite into it, the more the juices flow out. The spiciness of the ginger, slightly mellowed by the amazake, is exquisite! The richness of the sauce is also enhanced by the amazake. If you buy amazake in bulk and have some left over, try marinating meat in it and using it for cooking!
