"Tyrolean chocolate and squeeze curry" using Tyrolean chocolate chocolate ingredients. We have discovered the third "-Fluffy Kinako Mochi-" following the previously introduced "Milk" and "Coffee Nougat". Purchased at Road Station Itoda in Fukuoka Prefecture. The price is 500 yen.
How to make is the same as general retort curry. In the case of a water bath, put it in boiling water in a bag for 3 to 5 minutes, and in the case of a microwave oven, transfer it to a heat-resistant container and wrap it in plastic wrap to warm it for about 2 minutes. The only difference is that the finish is topped with the attached kinako.
The roux, which is as smooth as soup curry, has a richer flavor of kinako mochi chocolate than you can imagine! It feels like a chocolate base with a slight curry flavor added. The mellow sweetness and richness spread at once. Sautéed onion paste and beef extract are used, so it has plenty of flavor.
Topped with soybean flour. Kinako contains sugar, so it's recommended to sprinkle half of it first.
Kinako has a good mouthfeel and blends smoothly into curry. Along with the fragrance, sweetness is added, so the "sweetness" is improved. There is no rice cake in the curry, but white rice plays that role.
"Tirol chocolate and curry" makes you feel like you are eating chocolate as a snack or curry as a meal. I was surprised that the kinako mochi flavor was well reproduced.
