Hot cake mix 200g
1/2 egg butter (for dough) 15g
Butter (for painting) 10g
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
If you like, chop the raisins and walnuts to mix with the dough.
● How to makePut milk, eggs and melted butter (15g) in a bowl and mix well, then add the pancake mix and mix gently. If you have raisins or raw walnuts, add them (chop the walnuts) and mix.
Spread the dough into a rectangle by dusting it on a table such as a cutting board (soft flour, out of the amount).
Apply butter (10g), leaving 2 cm behind, and sprinkle granulated sugar and cinnamon powder evenly.
Roll the dough from the front and cut it into 6 equal parts. Cook rice in "normal mode" by arranging it in a rice cooker lightly coated with salad oil (outside the amount) so that the end of the roll faces the center.
After cooking the rice, remove the heat and add powdered sugar or icing to your liking. If it is not enough, please cook the rice again.
