I tried to make delicious " milk mochi " with sweet sake instead of milk. While the sweetness is low, the aroma peculiar to amazake is alive and delicious!
● Materials
Click here for what to prepare. I refer to the recipe of Marukome.1 bottle of amazake (125 ml)
2 tablespoons of potato starch
Kinako Appropriate amount Sugar or black honey Appropriate amount
● How to make
Put amazake and potato starch in a pan and heat over low heat while stirring with a whisk. It will thicken, so mix it further. When it hardens like a rice cake, turn off the heat and transfer it to a container such as a bat or tapper.
When the heat is removed, cool it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Take it out of the container, cut it into bite-sized pieces, and serve it in a bowl. Sprinkle soybean flour and sprinkle with sugar or black honey if you like.
● What is the taste?
Puru Puru sweet sake mochi. When you bring it to your mouth ... Yeah, the texture is plump! What a delicious taste ...! The mellow richness of amazake, the unique aroma, and the fragrant sweetness of soybean flour blend together. Milk has sweetness when compared to the modest, just the right to adult snack.
Amazake that is delicious not only to drink but also to eat. Why don't you enjoy cool amazake as a cool dessert in the warm season?
