New matcha cake from Ginza Cozy Corner

At each Ginza Cozy Corner store (excluding some stores), two new matcha cakes supervised by "Tea Master Tendan, Hiroshi Kobayashi" are on sale for a limited time. The sale period is until April 30th.

Mr. Yu Kobayashi, a tea master, is a tea master of Kyoto Shotamaen. There are only 13 people nationwide (as of January 2018), who have the highest level of tea examination technology, the 10th level of tea masters.

・ Supervised by Chashi Tendan Rich Matcha Cake Ginza Cozy Corner The highest amount of matcha in history. Uji matcha carefully selected by Mr. Yu Kobayashi, a tea master, is used. Combine the yuzu bean paste and the cream with milk jelly. The price is 680 yen (tax included, same below).

Ginza Cozy Corner "Tea Master 10th Dan Supervised Rich Matcha Cake"

・ Matcha short Anmitsu tailoring Uji matcha carefully selected by Hiroshi Kobayashi is used. The sandwich is decorated with water yokan and the top surface is decorated with black honey cream, making the cake look like eating matcha anmitsu. The price is 486 yen.
