Pre-sale only at some stores
I tried Beard Papa's new product "Blueberry Cheesecake Shoe". It is a cream puff that contains berry pulp and has a strong fruit character.
Although it will be available in April, it is a pre-sale menu that is only available at some stores, and can only be purchased at the Musashi-Koyama store in Tokyo. The price is 230 yen (tax included).
It doesn't look like cream puff
The outside is dark and the inside is magenta, which is a strange appearance that arouses curiosity about the taste. There is a cheesecake, but when you try a bite, the cheese-likeness is modest and the berry scent comes out to the front.
When you enjoy the sweet and sour and fruity cream, you will feel crushed and mellow. Apparently it contains a lot of pulp. The scent and acidity of the berries change as you taste it on your tongue little by little, which is an interesting taste.

The blueberry cheesecake shoe is scheduled to be rolled out nationwide from June. If you see it, you may want to buy it with custard and enjoy the colors side by side.
