"Chocolate cake" made with hot cake mix

The recipe for using hot cake mix, this time we will introduce "Easy chocolate cake". Let's make it easily using a rice cooker instead of an oven!

Hot cake mix 200g (7.05oz)
Butter 20g (0.71oz)
1 egg 4 tablespoons sugar
Milk 150ml (5.07us fl oz)
3 tablespoons cocoa powder

● How to make

Put butter in a heat-resistant bowl, wrap it, and heat it in a 600W microwave oven for about 30 seconds.


Add eggs, sugar and milk to a bowl and mix well. Add pancake mix and cocoa powder and mix gently with a rubber spatula.




Pour the dough into the rice cooker and switch on in "normal mode" or "cake mode" (if any). When the rice is cooked, it's done! If you don't have enough, please cook the rice again.

● What is the taste?

The texture is fluffy and moist, and the richness and bitterness of cacao spreads so that it wraps around your tongue. It has a fluffy mouthfeel, but when you chew it, it melts. Double the deliciousness with whipped cream or ice cream!
