Nakau "Charcoal-grilled Oyakodon"
Yakitori feeling!

Nakau's "Charcoal-grilled Oyakodon". I liked the savory flavor of yakitori, which was made into a bowl with eggs.

According to the explanation of the menu, each chicken is carefully hand-smoked using Bincho charcoal. By cooking the eggs together, the aroma of the charcoal fire spreads throughout, and the more you chew, the more delicious it becomes. The menu is different from the standard Oyakodon. The price is 590 yen (tax included) for the average size.

Smoky chicken is bound with eggs

When I buy a meal ticket, take a seat, and pass the order, I wait a little longer than usual. What came out was a oyakodon with large chicken in it. Certainly it has a burnt finish.

When I grabbed the meat at once, it smelled a little smoky, the meat was cooked well while leaving the juice, and the sweet flavor was the impression that it was yakitori.

The binding condition of the egg is exquisite as usual

However, it is bound with a soft egg, and if you chew it with it, it will have a completely different texture from the yakitori bowl. In addition, the onion is finely chopped and has a crispy texture, but it is also well cooked and tasted, and it serves as a condiment to enhance the chicken.

There is also a large amount of green honeywort, and you can enjoy a refreshing scent with just the colors. If you mix it with meat and eggs at once, the rice will go very well.

I'm glad that there are a lot of honeywort

By the way, despite the aroma of charcoal grilling, the egg gives it a gentle finish, so if you want to add spiciness, it is recommended to sprinkle the provided pepper. This is also a perfect match.
