I tried Antendu's "Sakura Whipped Anpan". The cream with a crisp and smooth cherry flavor is very delicious.

The price is 210 yen (tax included). Salted cherry blossoms are placed on a round white bread and sprinkled with cherry-colored powder.

The dough for the bread was fluffy and it cut easily when I put a knife in it. The skin of Anpan is very thin, and the cream and white bean paste inside are packed tightly.

I thought it was going to be sloppy, but when I grabbed it, it wasn't. The cream is light and gentle, and the scent of cherry blossoms is suppressed. Shiro An is sticky and sweet, but it's still insisted and not heavy.

By the way, the salted flowers, which are also used as decorations, have the strongest scent of cherry blossoms, and when eaten together, you can enjoy the springiness. However, it is quite salty as a complement to cream and white bean paste, so those who are interested may avoid it.
