Soft serve ice cream shop "GUFO TOKYO" in Daikanyama, Tokyo. This is the second store of "Groovy Ice Cream Goofo", which is popular in Osaka.


There are two types of soft serve ice cream that pursues "freshly made": "milk" (350 yen, all prices include tax) and "hazelnut" (450 yen). You can top it with caramel sauce, crushed cookies, fruit sauce, espresso, etc. (50 yen to 150 yen). Served in cups or cones.

This time, hazelnut soft topped with candy nuts and crispy chocolate (630 yen). The soft serve ice cream made using the machine of Carpigiani of Italy is fluffy and smooth. The aroma and deep richness of Italian hazelnuts spread at once. The gap between the light taste and the rich taste is irresistible!


Accent is added to the topping that seems to spill. Candy nuts boost the nutty flavor and chocolate adds a mellow sweetness. The crunchy and crispy texture is also a point of deliciousness that you will never get tired of.


I was quite full with soft serve ice cream, but I couldn't get through the limited-time "strawberry parfait" and ordered it. White wine jelly, fiantine caramelize, strawberry syrup and soft serve ice cream are layered. Finish with raw strawberries and white chocolate. The price is 980 yen.


The parfait starts with fresh strawberries. A combination of sweet white chocolate and sour strawberries, followed by creamy soft serve ice cream. The upper layer alone is quite satisfying.


The crispy fiantine is mixed in to give a light impression. Finally, the white wine is refreshing and then leads to the mouth. The fragrant white wine and sweet and sour strawberries go great together. It is a gorgeous dish that looks and tastes good.


"Strawberry Parfait" is a seasonal strawberry product. However, it seems that beautiful parfaits will appear every season. I wanted to visit every time a new work came out.
