Lotteria "Chicken Nanban Tartar Tartar Burger"
Tartar! Tartar!

I ate Lotteria's "Chicken Nanban Tartar Tartar Burger". A dish with plenty of tartar sauce. Tartar lovers have a satisfying taste. The price is 450 yen (tax included).

Chicken Nanban Tartar Tartar Burger. This menu, which seems to bite your tongue when you say the name, contains twice as much tartar as a regular chicken nanban tartar burger.

According to the explanation of the menu, young chicken thighs are fried in Tatsuta with light soy sauce or ginger, and sandwiched with cabbage in buns. The sauce is a combination of two types, one is apple cider vinegar with bonito broth and a mildly sour nanban flavor. The other is the tartar flavor, which is a mixture of egg yolk, onion, mayonnaise, etc. in the store.

Well, when I actually tried it, it really contained a lot of tartar sauce. The mouthfeel is cool and very mellow. Perhaps it's because it's completely integrated with the Nanban sauce, I also feel the gentle acidity.

Let's eat. It is better to hold the wrapping paper without removing it

On the other hand, the fried chicken in Tatsuta is naturally fluffy, and the batter is crunchy and fluffy. Is it because of the peach meat that the gravy comes out from the inside when you raise your teeth?

Tasting cold sauce and hot chicken at the same time is a bit of an interesting experience. The fluffy buns wrap the two ingredients and put them together comfortably.

Please note that the tartar sauce is so sandwiched that it sticks out of the buns, so it is less likely that you will get your hands dirty if you grab it with the wrapping paper.

I didn't ask for toppings this time, but if you want to add it, tomatoes (80 yen) or bacon (same as above) would be good considering the compatibility with tartar sauce. The volume is solid, but at lunchtime, it's not that you can't eat it as a set with potatoes and drinks.
