Matsuya has just started steak shop Matsu in March, and there is only one steak shop in Mitaka, Tokyo. In front of the entrance where many festive flowers are lined up, many guests, mainly men, are lined up.

If you wait while looking at the menu list, it will take about 10 minutes to reach the top. It is a method of paying first at the ticket vending machine. I ordered 200g (7.05oz) of "pine steak" for 1,000 yen, which is also a signboard. Comes with self-service soup and salad. If you want rice, there is an extra charge, and the regular serving is 150 yen.

You will be taken to a seat in the store and will be guided to a salad and soup first. The soup is Japanese style, and you can add wakame seaweed and sesame seeds as you like. For salad, put green leaf, yellow corn, and white potato salad in a deep plate, and choose from multiple types of dressings.

It's possible to make a heap of steak, but I'll keep it in mind to try a 200g (7.05oz) steak. Potato salad has a gentle taste, but I'm glad that it contains lumpy potatoes. The soup also has a soothing taste and will soothe your hunger until the main dish arrives.

If you take the knife and fork on the table and cut them apart, the blade will pass through surprisingly easily and a bright red color will appear from the cross section.
