■ 5th place Sou Matcha Tiramisu
"Matcha Tiramisu flavored" ice cream that combines matcha and mascarpone cheese. The gap between the crispy and icy texture and the smooth taste of matcha and mascarpone is fresh.




It's delicious, but it doesn't feel like matcha. It's just the W starring of Matcha and Mascarpone.

■ 4th place Palm Matcha
Parm Matcha with 6 bottles per box. Both the ice cream and the outer coating are matcha. The smooth mouthfeel and the umami of matcha that spreads relaxedly are elegant.




It's bittersweet, and the tea leaves are astringent, so it's sweet. It's a simple matcha flavor, but the overall impact may be a little weaker. It can be said that it is easier to eat.

■ 3rd place Tsujiri Matcha Busse A busse made with "Tsujiri Matcha" and sandwiched with ice cream using the same matcha. There is mochi sauce in the ice cream. Busse is plump and moist and does not interfere with the ice cream inside.




Busse is good as well as ice cream. The bitterness is a little stronger. The glutinous sauce inside is also thick and slightly sweet and delicious.

■ 2nd place MOW Uji Matcha
MOW Matcha ice cream made from 100% Uji Matcha from Kyoto Prefecture. It is crisp and bitter, and the taste of matcha is very rich. It's like eating tea leaves as they are!



Matcha is strong and delicious, but Haagen-Dazs had a higher impact the moment you put it in your mouth. Also, it had a slightly unique scent, probably because it did not contain emulsifiers.

■ 1st place Haagen-Dazs Green Tea
So the 1st place is Haagen-Dazs. The matcha feeling at the moment I put it in my mouth was overwhelming!
