Rich! Kimchi tonkotsu is a spicy tonkotsu soup that is based on creamy tonkotsu soup and is finished with the spiciness of chili peppers and the umami of kimchi. The ingredients are minced pork, kimchi, wood ear, green onion, and chili pepper.
