1 piece of gum syrup Cream cheese 40g (1.41oz)
Condensed milk 30g (1.06oz)
Rock salt or 1/4 teaspoon salt
Fresh cream or vegetable whipped cream 40ml (1.35us fl oz)
Milk 10ml (0.34us fl oz)
In addition, gum syrup can be replaced with granulated sugar (sugar) dissolved by heating water.
● How to make
Put cream cheese, condensed milk and salt in a bowl and mix well with a whisk until smooth.Add whipped cream or whipped cream and milk and stir further until thick. When using vegetable whipped cream, mix the whipped cream and condensed milk until thickened, and then add cream cheese to make it smooth.
Pour oolong tea mixed with gum syrup into a glass and gently pour in the cream to complete it!
● What is the taste?
Hmmm! The cream has a fluffy mouthfeel, and the salt tightens the rich cream cheese. It's mellow but not sweet. Oolong tea is moderately sweet thanks to gum syrup, and has a good balance with the aroma and bitterness of tea.You can enjoy the contrast of the two layers of taste, or you can enjoy the smooth taste by mixing the whole and the exquisite harmony of sweetness, acidity, saltiness, bitterness, and milky taste.
