A pure white "Moko" cream puff with the image of snow. Inside is a milk mousse with a hint of vanilla. The dough baked white with eggs has a soft and firm texture.

・ Golden sweet potato of red satsuma 159 yen


Sweet potatoes baked in a Western style by combining sweet potatoes, egg yolks, butter, and fresh cream. The sweet potato uses "Red Satsuma" from Kagoshima prefecture, which has a strong sweetness. Fresh cream is added to the elegant sweetness and moist texture to bring out the smoothness.

・ Mochi Toro Strawberry Milk 124 yen


Western-style Daifuku with sweet and sour strawberry sauce and condensed milk cream wrapped in melty mochi dough. Condensed milk cream, which is made by adding condensed milk to whipped cream, seems to have a rich sweetness.
