There is "eaten chili oil" that became a hot topic a while ago. It has become a familiar dining table, but I would like to introduce you to the instant Marvo bowl that uses it because it is insanely delicious. Is there anyone already doing it?

● Materials
Click here for what to prepare. I refer to the S & B recipe.1/2 teaspoon of silken tofu Eat 3 teaspoons of chili oil
Appropriate amount of salt All-purpose onion Appropriate amount of rice 1 cup of tea bowl
You can add dried bonito if you like. This time, we will use a product called "Our side dish chili oil".

● How to make
Drain the tofu with kitchen paper and scoop it with a spoon to cut it into bite-sized pieces. Put this in a bowl, add side dish oil and salt, and mix roughly.
Put the tofu on the rice in a bowl and top it with all-purpose onion (and bonito flakes if you like) to complete it!

● What is the taste?
Again, this is insanely delicious. The richness of tofu that melts smoothly, the spiciness of chili oil, and the scent of garlic that comes with it are the best match! I can't stop eating with just the right amount of salt.
The crispy texture of fried garlic is also fragrant and nice. The more bittersweet green onions you put on, the more the overall taste will be tightened. It is delicious whether you eat it cold on cold rice or heat it in the microwave.
It only takes about 5 minutes to mix and serve. If you think it's a hassle, you can just put tofu on top of white rice and sprinkle some chili oil on it. By all means on the day when it's a hassle to make rice today.
