Instant "Eating Rayu" Marbled Rice Bowl
A while ago, "Eating Rayu" became a hot topic, right? It has become a familiar accompaniment to the dinner table, and I would like to introduce you to an instant mabo-don using it, which is extremely tasty. Has anyone tried it yet?Zuborahan - Instant "Marbo-Don" Easy Recipe
Ingredients
Here is what you need, based on a recipe from S&B.1/2 tofu (silken tofu)
3 teaspoons of raayu (Chinese chili oil)
salt to taste
A few scallions to taste
1 cup of rice
You can add bonito flakes to taste. In this case, we will use a product called "Oretachi no Okazu Rayu" (Our Side dish Rayu).
Directions
Drain the tofu on kitchen paper and cut into bite-sized pieces using a spoon. Put the tofu in a bowl, add the okazu raayu and salt, and mix roughly.Place the tofu on top of the rice in a bowl, top with the all-purpose green onion (and bonito flakes if desired), and you are ready to serve!
How does it taste?
Once again, it's insanely delicious. The richness of the smooth, melt-in-your-mouth tofu, the spiciness of the raayu, and the garlic that gives it a kick go together perfectly! With just the right amount of saltiness, you can't stop eating. The crunchy texture of the fried garlic also adds a nice savory touch. The more you put on the bitter green onions, the tighter the flavor of the whole dish becomes. It can be served cold on cold rice or warmed up in the microwave.
All you have to do is mix and serve, so it only takes about five minutes to cook. If even that is too much of a hassle, just put the tofu on top of the white rice and pour a dash of raayu over the top. This is a great dish for those days when you don't feel like cooking rice today.
