At each Fujiya pastry shop, four kinds of cakes using plenty of strawberries will be released sequentially from February 15th as a new product of "Strawberry Fair" (excluding some shops).

"Rare cheese with strawberry and fruit color" is a rare cheese with colorful fruits such as citron, blueberry, kiwi and strawberry. It seems that the sweetness of the fruit matches the refreshingness of the rare cheese mousse. The price is 537 yen (tax included, same below).


"Slightly sweet strawberry pie" is a pie cake made with custard cream flavored with Amaou strawberry. It is combined with whipped cream and topped with strawberries. The price is 480 yen.


"Spring Colored Strawberry Roll Cake" is a roll cake made by rolling whipped cream, whipped cream, and domestic strawberries. The price is 640 yen.


"Strawberry and Fruit Square Shortcake" is a shortcake where you can enjoy the harmony of strawberries and yellow peaches. Strawberries, syrup-pickled yellow peaches and strawberry jam are sandwiched and finished in a square shape. The price is 537 yen.
