
Sometimes I want to make my own snack, not the one on the market! To those who say. Why don't you start with "Homemade Rusk" which is easy but delicious without failure?
It's easy because there are 4 ingredients and the cooking time is about 30 minutes including the baking time.

Butter 40g (1.41oz)
1 and 1/3 tablespoons of granulated sugar
Baguette Appropriate amount

How to make
Slice the baguette to a width of about 5 mm. Bring the butter to room temperature or lightly heat it in the microwave to melt it. Mix butter, condensed milk and granulated sugar here and apply to sliced baguettes.




Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes to complete! Adjust the time until it is finished in a brownish brown color.

What is its taste?
It has a crunchy texture and is chewy enough to chew. The fragrant richness of butter and the sweetness of milk spread. The place where the butter is soaked in is messed up ...!

By using condensed milk, it has a more mellow flavor than rusks that are baked only with sugar. I think it's a quality that can be served to people, so be sure to use it as a coffee companion when you visit!
