This is a cup of Hanamaru Udon's signature sardine soup stock with the luxurious soup stock taken with a large clam. It is said that the clam meat, which is thick and elastic and has a pre-prepared texture, is used luxuriously. The soup that comes out of the shell contains plenty of umami and nutrition, so it is recommended that you enjoy the soup together.
