Pink berry pancakes are white and pink pancakes that look pretty. Strawberry sauce is sandwiched between bright pink dough derived from beets and topped with white chocolate cream, berries and marshmallows. The sweetness of white chocolate matches the acidity of berries.


Blackberry pancakes are pancakes with cool black and navy coloring. Blueberry sauce is sandwiched between dough kneaded with bamboo charcoal and topped with cocoa biscuits, crushed chocolate, blueberries, etc. Enjoy with a moderately sweet chocolate sauce.
