Two types of pepper sauce are used: "Chinese pepper" with a strong scent and "Akasansho" with a strong numbness. You can enjoy a new sensation that combines the sourness of tomatoes and the delicious taste of minced meat sauce with the numbing spiciness of Chinese pepper. As a secret ingredient, white miso with depth and richness and black pepper with sharpness are also added.

In addition, "Osamu Mala Sauce" (90 yen including tax), which allows you to add more Chinese pepper sauce only at stores, is also available. Five stores are available: Osaki store, Akihabara Suehirocho store, Roppongi store, Kannai store, and Shijo Kawaramachi store.
