Kirfebon's Valentine!
At each Kirfebon store, a new Valentine's Day limited edition "Strawberry and Chocolate Mousse Tart with Spiced Prune Jam" will be on sale from February 1st to 14th.
A tart that combines sweet and sour strawberries and chocolate that goes well with it. Chocolate mousse and smooth bavarois are layered. Accented with a sweet and refreshing aroma of prune jam stewed in red wine and three spices (cinnamon, cloves and anise). The finish is decorated with cashew nut chocolate with a nice texture.
The price is 848 yen per piece, the hole size is 3,996 yen for 17 cm and 8,100 yen for 25 cm, all including tax. 17 cm is just the right size for two people to share.
