From the FamilyMart Chinese steamed bun series "Fami Yoko Chukagai", "Famima Premium Domestic Beef Torotama Beef Sukiman" and "Grilled Pao's Bolognese" will be released sequentially from January 15th.

"Famima Premium Domestic Beef Torotama Beef Sukimin" released on January 15th is the 5th "Premium Series" featuring a chewy dough made from 100% Hokkaido wheat. We are particular about seasonings, such as combining carefully selected brewed soy sauce and tamari soy sauce, which are also used in high-class cooking, and using "Kokonoe Mirin" from Kokonoe Mirin. The thick egg yolk sauce is often entwined with the soft domestic beef, and it goes well with the sweet soup stock. The price is 238 yen (tax included).


"Yaki Pao's Bolognese" released on January 29th is the third in the "Yaki Pao's" series. A two-stage aged fermented dough with a crispy roasted texture and a firm texture, wrapped in tomato sour bolognese. By frying minced beef and pork with red wine, the sweetness and aroma of the meat is brought out. The price is 150 yen (tax included).
