This is a parfait made with whole seasonal kumquat, boiled in Kanro-ni at the shop, and topped with kumquat sauce and kumquat jelly. Kumquat boiled in sweet potato, corn flakes, kumquat sauce, kumquat jelly, milk ice cream, kumquat sauce, kumquat, whipped cream, milk pudding are combined.
The sweetness and sourness of kumquat oranges match the moderate sweetness of milk ice cream and milk pudding.
