Two new pastas in Wendy's First Kitchen and First Kitchen

The new pasta "Porcini Cream Pasta with Bacon and Dried Tomato" and "Tomato Sauce Pasta with Toro-ri Mozzarella and Bacon" will be on sale from January 10th at Wendy's First Kitchen and First Kitchen pasta stores.

Bacon and dried tomato porcini cream pasta is a pasta with a thick cream sauce using Italian porcini powder, mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms. The chewy original pasta "Blanlinguine" is combined. It seems that the moderate acidity and sweetness of semi-dried tomatoes with concentrated umami are well-balanced with the deep-tasting sauce. The price is 720 yen (tax included).

On the other hand, the tomato sauce pasta with melty mozzarella and bacon is a dish using mozzarella cheese manufactured by Hanabatake Farm. Mozzarella cheese made from 100% Hokkaido Tokachi milk is combined with tomato sauce that brings out the fruitiness and deep umami. It is often entwined with the chewy linguine, and it seems to be delicious. The price is 690 yen (tax included).
