Sushiro "New Year's Eve Dodeca Shrimp Ten Udon"

Sushiro's first "New Year's Eve Udon" is now available. "New Year's Eve Dodeca Shrimp Ten Udon" will be on sale at each store from December 27th (excluding some stores). The price is 380 yen (excluding tax).

This is an upgraded version of Ebiten, which is topped with the popular side menu "Ebiten Udon", to the largest "ultra-large size" in the history of Sushiro. It's big enough to stick out of the bowl, and it's tightly packed, so you can enjoy the crispy texture of the batter and the crispy texture peculiar to shrimp. Udon soup stock is an original blend of several types of soup stock such as mackerel, bonito, and kelp.
