"Patisserie Les Aneforts" has its head office in Ebisu, Tokyo. The showcase inside the store is lined with beautiful sweets that you can't miss.
The store's popular product is "Souffle au Chocolat". This product is a modern arrangement of the recipe for "souffle au chocolat" written in French classic confectionery books. The price is 2,200 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).
A souffle made by combining 70% cacao French chocolate with meringue and slowly baking it in the oven. It seems that domestic eggs, cream, and vanilla from Madagascar are used.
The first thing that surprises me is its delicate texture. The first texture that combines the fluffy lightness of souffle with the dense smoothness similar to terrine . It melts smoothly and only the richness of cacao remains as a lingering finish. It's so ephemeral that I'm a little confused as to "Is this a phantom?"
On the other hand, the taste is rich. A slight vanilla scent in the powerful cacao flavor. It is also recommended to top it with whipped cream or berries if you like.
Purchased "Ebisu Financier" and "Ebisu Chocolat" (240 yen each) along with "Souffle au Chocolat". Ebisu Financier has a soft buttery scent from a moist dough. The fragrant and sweet flavor goes well with coffee and tea.
Ebisu Chocolat has a gentle taste that is different from "Souffle au Chocolat". A rich flavor of melted chocolate, honey and vanilla spreads.
As the name "Ebisu" suggests, the packaging with Ebisu drawn on them is impressive. Not only for home use, but it is also good to give it to your loved ones with "Souffle au Chocolat".
