"Curling casta", a sweet in the shape of a curling stone

The second "Hokkaido Bussan Exhibition" will be held from December 22nd at the Matsuzakaya Ueno store. Approximately 50 stores, including gorgeous seafood, meat, and sweets, are lined up at the venue.

Of particular note is the bite-sized baked confectionery "Curling Casta," which is familiar with the buzzword "Sodane" and is shaped like a curling stone. The dough, which is a combination of wheat flour blended with Hokkaido's "Kitahonami" and 100% Hokkaido's milk, is baked at the store to finish it. Eight kinds of flavors such as plain, custard, and Furano melon cream are available. The price is 980 yen for 24 pieces.
