Sankt Gallen "Apple Cinnamon Ale"
Appeared on Christmas limited label

A Christmas-only label for "Apple Cinnamon Ale," a liquor made from baked apples, is on sale from Sankt Gallen.

Amber-colored liquor using "caramel malt". The malt used to make beer is lightly charred like toast to give it a sweet and fragrant taste like caramel, and baked apples, cinnamon and maple sugar are added. It seems that it is finished with a flavor like apple pie.

You can enjoy it not only by cooling it, but also by warming it. By the way, because it uses more fruits than permitted by the Liquor Tax Law, it is treated as "happoshu" in Japan, but the tax rate is the same as beer because of its high malt rate. The content is 330 ml and the estimated price is 429 yen (excluding tax). It will be on sale until the end of December.
