The pancake specialty store "Happy Pancake" will open its 25th domestic store "Shinjuku Store" in Shinjuku, Tokyo on November 23rd. To commemorate this, "raw tapioca drink" and "domestic apple red dream and apple pancake with Greek yogurt sauce" will be released in advance.

Raw tapioca drink is a new menu that will be sold in advance at 5 stores in the Tokyo metropolitan area, including the Shinjuku store. It is a drink that you can enjoy the chewy texture using raw tapioca called "black pearl" in Taiwan.


Earl Gray milk (540 yen, tax included, same below), matcha latte (580 yen), roasted green tea latte (580 yen), passion fruit soda (500 yen), framboise soda (500 yen) are available. Available stores are Tokyo / Shinjuku store, Omotesando store, Kichijoji store, Saitama / Omiya store, Kanagawa / Yokohama Chinatown store.

On the other hand, the domestic apple red dream and the apple pancake with Greek yogurt sauce are refreshing and pretty apple pancakes with the scent of domestic fresh apples and coconut. Using the apple variety "Kurenai Yume" cultivated by Hirosaki University in Aomori Prefecture, it is made into Greek yogurt and sauce. The amount of apples has been increased compared to the one released in February, and the sauce has been greatly improved.


The price is 1,380 yen. It will be offered at the Shinjuku store from November 23rd to December 21st, and at other stores from November 28th to December 21st.

The Shinjuku store is located on the B2F of Shinjuku Moliere Building, 3-33-10 Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo. Business hours are from 10:30 to 20:30 on weekdays and from 10:00 to 20:30 on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. However, it is open from 11:00 to 20:00 on the first day of opening.
