"Rakkyo & Star" (Kohoku Ward, Yokohama City) is a 3- to 4-minute walk from Tsunashima Station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line. It is a soup curry shop that has been selected as one of the tabelog "100 Famous Curry Shops".
A special soup curry that uses vegetables and rice from Hokkaido. The handmade soup does not contain any chemical seasonings. It is said that 25 kinds of spices are used and simmered for 10 hours (!) To finish.

◆ Custom spiciness and riceFirst, choose your favorite soup curry from the menu.
Next, select the spiciness from level 0 to ∞ (infinity). Levels 0 to 1 are sweet and can be eaten by children. 2-3 is medium spicy, 4-5 is dry. In addition to this, you can choose 2 items from seasonal vegetables. I made oyster mushrooms from Mie prefecture and lotus roots from Ibaraki prefecture. And the spiciness is at the dry level "5" at home.
The hot soup curry has arrived. A smooth yet rich soup. You can feel the deep umami in the intricately intertwined spices. I can't stop when I start drinking!
A lotus root that is just like the eggplant. Large but soft and sweet carrots, and hot potatoes. Crispy mushrooms and broccoli with a savory flavor. The vegetables are delicious anyway!
