Kyorakudo "Mont Blanc Daifuku"

At "Kyorakudo", which sells Japanese-style sweets using seasonal fruits, grains, and vegetables, I found a sweet "Mont Blanc Daifuku" that is only available in the fall and winter, so I bought it. The purchase price is 380 yen (excluding tax) per piece.

This is a combination of Daifuku and marron cream. The chewy Daifuku with fresh cream and grain sauce is decorated with plenty of rum-flavored Mont Blanc cream, which is luxuriously made with domestically produced Japanese chestnuts that you can enjoy a rich flavor and rich aroma.

Montblanc Daifuku

At first glance, it feels like a normal Mont Blanc cake, but when you cut it, you will find a plump and big Daifuku inside! When you chew, the sweetness and rich flavor of Montblanc cream spreads throughout your mouth. A nice accent is the faint scent of rum.

Enter Daifuku!

The chewy and soft mochi goes perfectly with the marron cream. By adding the richness of mellow fresh cream and the taste of red bean paste, the taste becomes deeper. The best of "Western" and "Japanese"! You can enjoy it not only with green tea but also with black tea and coffee.

"Montblanc Daifuku" is a Kyorakudo that will make you happy as a gift. This is a limited-time product, so if you are interested, please do so as soon as possible!
