This time, I ordered "Pancake DX (Deluxe) Seasonal Strawberry with Berry Fruit" (1,000 yen). Two-tiered pancakes with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and fruits. Fruits include kiwi, strawberries and blueberries. You can also choose honey or maple syrup as a topping.




The knife passes smoothly and it doesn't feel sticky, so I imagined a slightly dry fluffy texture and tried it ... Surprisingly! It has a soft and fluffy mouthfeel, but it has a firm chewy texture and is very chewy! It will be moist and rich.



If you enjoy the texture and then swallow it, the aroma of wheat and the slight sweetness will leave a lingering finish. The moment you stretch it, it's soft and fluffy, but when you chew it, it's a little hard. I think it's a trick with a texture that melts moist and plumply. This is the power of the copper plate ...! It looks like a pancake baked by my mom, but it doesn't work at home. It's too delicious!


Spread butter, top with whipped cream, entwined with honey and maple syrup. It is delicious even if you eat it with cold vanilla ice cream. The pancakes are delicious, so what a delicious thing.
