A palm-sized tart made by pouring cheese cream into a crispy dough and baking it. Caramel sauce is put in the center of the cheese tart, and pumpkin whipped cream using Hokkaido pumpkin is squeezed on the top. The simple sweetness of the pumpkin and the bitterness of the caramel sauce go well with the cheese tart.
