Hojicha Financier is a dish using Hojicha that is said to have been blended for baked goods. When I try to eat it, the scent of roasted tea is rather vivid, and I can't help but feel the fragrance that doesn't disappoint.


The mouthfeel is moist and the sweetness is strong. There is a lot of walnuts in the middle, and when you bite it, the taste of walnuts will be superior for a moment, and the crispy texture will be fun, but after that, the taste of roasted green tea will return again.


As for the aroma, it is a level that even a lot of hojicha lovers will be satisfied with. On the other hand, the roasted flavor and bitterness are suppressed, and it is only slightly felt on the tongue. It seems to go well with tea and coffee.
