"Kuromitsu Kinako Matcha Frappe", "Matcha Latte Frappe", "Ice Matcha Latte" and "Matcha Latte" will be on sale for a limited time from September 12th at McDonald's cafe "McCafé by Barista".

Four items from the popular "Matcha series" are released every year. This year, the amount of Uji matcha from Kyoto, which is the matcha powder used in all products, has been increased.

Kuromitsu Kinako Matcha Frappe is a combination of bittersweet Uji Matcha from Kyoto and domestic milk. It is topped with black honey made from Okinawan brown sugar, chewy shiratama, and whipped cream. You can enjoy the scent of matcha and the creamy taste. The price starts from 490 yen for M size (tax included, same below).


Matcha Latte Frappe is based on Kyoto Uji Matcha and domestic milk frappe, topped with whipped cream and matcha powder. By increasing the amount of Uji matcha, it is said that it has a more mellow flavor. The price starts from 450 yen for M size.


Iced matcha latte (M size from 390 yen) and matcha latte (S size from 350 yen) are also on sale as Japanese-style dessert drinks.
