This is a sweet sake of Jiuqu like Hojicha latte. You can enjoy the gentle sweetness of Jiuqu and the moderate astringency and aroma of Hojicha. We use specially roasted hojicha to combine carefully selected domestic tea leaves with amazake from Jiuqu. Rice from Niigata prefecture is used for the amazake of Jiuqu, and it is carefully prepared in the Niigata brewery.
