"Panda almond tofu" familiar at KALDI Coffee Farm. It is an original product that you can enjoy cute packaging and milky taste.


I bought "KALDI Original Annin Tofu Ice Sake" which was made from the panda apricot kernel. The price is 345 yen (tax included).

It comes in a pudding-like container, but this is sake with 5% alcohol. When I bought it, it was a thick liquid at room temperature, so I freeze it in the freezer before eating it.


Even if you put it in the freezer for a whole day, it will not click like ice, and a spoon will go in quickly. A crispy texture like sorbet. When placed on the tongue, it melts instantly and spreads the mellow sweetness and richness of almond tofu. It's more like sweets than alcohol.


When you enjoy the cool mouthfeel, you will feel the heat that is peculiar to alcohol afterwards. I will insist that this is certainly sake. It's delicious, but be careful not to eat too much!


The taste is almond tofu, but the mouthfeel is "annin tofu ice liquor" like sherbet. If you like panda almond tofu, you will love it.
