"Shirononiwa" is located on the 8th floor of the West Building of "Atre Ebisu", which is directly connected to Ebisu Station in Tokyo. The shop is based on the concept of "paradise of Ebisu" and is adjacent to "Atre Sky Garden" supervised by Seijun Nishihata, a plant hunter who travels the world.


Not to mention the dishes with the theme of "ethnic cuisine" with exotic gorgeousness and exotic scents created by Hiroo's popular French restaurant "Bistro Shiro.", "Tapioca" is a must-see!

■ Exciting tapioca paradise

You can make your own dessert by combining tapioca, fruit, coconut milk, etc. with Shirononiwa's tapio cover. When I visited, I visited 3 kinds of tapioca (black tapioca, white tapioca, colorful tapioca), various fruits (mixed berries, mango, pineapple, orange & grapefruit), toppings (coconut milk, purple milk, nata de coco, shiratama, Granola) was prepared.


Tapioca is very chewy! You can enjoy the unique chewy texture of tapioca. The fruits are also sweet and juicy. This is truly a "paradise" for tapioca lovers ...!



In addition, the tapioca cover has a drink bar where you can enjoy lemonade and detox water. Everything looks delicious and I want to try them all ♪
