Apple mango will be used in July, and Keets mango will be used from mid-August. It is said that it is organized in supple colors for summer parties and birthday souvenirs.
The hall is a cheese mousse Charlotte cake. Baked cheese, cheese mousse, passion fruit, pineapple, banana, jelly made from lime, lemongrass and mango syrup, etc., have a good balance of acidity and sweetness.
I squeezed three kinds of fresh cream, plain, white chocolate, and mango, and decorated them so that they looked like flowers when I looked into them from above. The pistachio in the sponge accentuates the texture. Only 3 units are sold daily.
The glass dessert "Okinawa Mango Verrine" uses mango pulp, cream, jelly, and sauce, and you can enjoy various textures. Combined with jelly made from passion fruit and fruit tea, it has a refreshing taste without being too sweet. This is also a limited quantity.
The selling price is 5,940 yen for whole cheesecake (tax included, same below), and 1,080 yen for glass dessert.
