Sarabeth bowl menu

At the Sarabeth Nagoya store, a bowl menu with an Asian atmosphere will appear from dinner time on August 1st. There are two types, "Buddha Bowl" and "Power Bowl".

All of them are rice bowls that are imported from the United States and are made from brown rice, red rice and quinoa, and plenty of vegetables. The Buddha Bowl is a cold-type bowl that is popular on the west coast of the United States. It is based on quinoa and brown rice, and is a croquette "falafel" falafel cheese and beets based on marinades of rich vegetables and chickpeas from the Middle East. The sourness of the pickles is an accent.

It has a good nutritional balance, is refreshing, and has a large volume with tofu and avocado. By the way, it seems that the name comes from the idea that a bowl full of vegetables resembles the belly of Buddha who opened Buddhism.

The power bowl is made by putting fried fish with herb scent on fluffy brown rice and red rice, and adding vegetables with a crispy texture. This is also a menu with a refreshing flavor and volume. The name comes from the idea that if you eat a hot bowl, you will get more power.
