A new dessert "Hokkaido Raiden Melon Parfait DX" using "Hokkaido Raiden Melon" has been on sale at Jonathan restaurants since July 12 (except at some restaurants).

Hokkaido Raiden Melon Parfait DX (Deluxe)

The "Hokkaido Raiden Melon Parfait DX (Deluxe)" is the second in the "Deluxe Parfait" series, which allows customers to enjoy the full flavor of the fruit. It is a big size parfait with a height of 25 centimeters, featuring a "spiral" arrangement of high-sugar Hokkaido Raiden melons. A quarter of a large melon is used, allowing the juicy flesh and mellow aroma to be enjoyed in abundance.


In addition to the melon pulp, the parfait glass is layered with aloe, melon sauce, mascarpone cream, melon jelly, soft serve ice cream, corn flakes, and topped with strawberries and whipped cream. With its gorgeous appearance and generous volume, it is sure to satisfy both stomach and mind.

Hokkaido Raiden Melon Fair

The "Hokkaido Raiden Melon Fair" is being held until September 5, and a total of four types of "Raiden Melon Menu" are being offered along with the Melon Parfait DX. A list of the fair's menu items and their prices are as follows
