Frutta Celestina's "Lemon Marmalade" is sold only in the summer in KALDI. I saw a lot of acclaimed voices on Twitter saying "This is good!", So I bought it at the editorial department as well. The price is 448 yen (tax included) per bottle.

This is a natural-tasting marmalade made entirely from Mediterranean lemons, oranges and sugar. No colorings, preservatives or pectins are used.

When I applied it to toast and ate it, it was really delicious !! The sourness of the lemon and the slight bitterness of the skin are fully utilized. The sweetness is modest, so it seems to be suitable for cooking.

So, here are three recommended ways to eat other than applying it to bread!
1. Lemon dressing
For dressing, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper with lemon marmalade. The sourness of the lemon, the slight sweetness, and the bitterness of the skin complement the salad in a well-balanced manner.

2. Lemon yogurt
Plain yogurt topped with lemon marmalade as much as you like. The sourness of the lemon tightens the kyun and milky taste and is delicious! You can enjoy the melty yogurt, the crunchy lemon pulp and the chewy texture of the seeds.

The sweetened yogurt is recommended because it is sour and has a bitter taste on the skin. If you like sour, even sugar-free type is ◎.
3. Lemon squash
Just put a spoonful of lemon marmalade in a glass, pour carbonated water from above and mix. The refreshing throat and fresh aftertaste are perfect for midsummer!

I personally recommend unsweetened carbonated water because the bitterness is lessened and the moderate acidity and slight sweetness are delicious. Even if you break it with shochu and use lemon sour, it should be absolutely delicious.
I've introduced a little addition arrangement above, but I think it can also be used as a confectionery material for baked goods. There are plenty of them, so please enjoy them in various ways for a summer!
