A simple donut made by carefully hand-straining the special tofu and fried dough mixed with special flour and eggs. The dough is kneaded only with the water from the tofu. Also, by using tofu made from soymilk from Shinshu soybeans, which has a higher sugar content than general tofu, the rich aroma of beans and the rich sweetness remain firmly.


The soft and fluffy dough will be moisturized and unraveled when you bite it. The scent of tofu that spreads in your mouth. You can enjoy the simple sweetness and the gentle flavor of beans.


"Tsubu strawberry" (160 yen), which is made by sprinkling pink strawberry chocolate on it, is wrapped in the taste and gorgeous scent of sweet and sour strawberries when eaten.



"Horoniga chocolate" (160 yen) is a plain donut coated with moderately sweet chocolate. The taste of bitter cacao enhances the taste of donuts. A little rich and everyone's favorite taste.



And my personal recommendation is "roasted black sesame" (160 yen). A tofu donut sprinkled with fragrant roasted black sesame seeds. The crispy texture of sesame seeds and the fragrant sesame flavor that fills your mouth go well with tofu and are very delicious!
