A collaboration with "Silver Grape". White chocolate is sandwiched between crunchy rye cereal dough.
One would expect the dough to be a bit rough, but it is surprisingly dense and satisfying. The milky richness of the white chocolate spreads with just the right amount of sweetness. The dough's simplicity and the richness of the chocolat are well balanced!
Raisin sandwich with rich cream
Crispy and savory cookies, smooth and sticky cream, and squishy and juicy raisins are a perfect match. The generous amount of raisins and the aroma of the wine make for a quality snack time.
Compared to Rokkatei's butter sandwiches, it may be a bit lighter. The cream is also surprisingly light. Contains 1.1% alcohol.
Chocolate Chip Cookie
