Biwa loquat parfait from the Oseto area of Nagasaki Prefecture

The "Biwa Loquat Parfait from Oseto District, Nagasaki Prefecture" is a gorgeous parfait combining loquat, lychee sherbet, and jasmine jelly. The sweetness of the lush loquat is enhanced by the milk ice cream. Rose sauce, which is also a member of the rose family and goes well with the ice cream, is served as an optional garnish. The loquat is said to be a mild-tasting fruit from a tree that is over 50 years old. The price is 1,980 yen (tax included, same below).

Fruit Sandwich (Biwa)

The "Fruit Sandwich (Biwa)" is a fruit sandwich consisting of loquat and six carefully selected fruits (banana, orange, strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, and kiwi), lightly toasted raisin bread with fresh cream. It is served with slightly spicy honey from Chiba Prefecture's "Karasu Zansho" and seasonal fruit compote. The price is 1,630 yen.
